We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with information about our products and services, as well as resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to attract new business and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Research and make outgoing calls to attract new customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Sales and Customer Service experience preferred
- Proficiency with modern software.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and some weekends.
